The HOSPITALITY SUITE is very popular with our tenants guests and is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please try to submit your reservation as early as possible to avoid non-availability issues. Historically weekends in the summer are the most busy times especially around holidays and special events in Chicago like the Air and Water Show, Venetian Night, and Blues Fest.

All selections are subject to River West Lofts Management approval. You will receive a request confirmation email once you submit. Your reservation is pending until you receive an approval notification from the River West Lofts Management Staff.

Most days availability is on a first-come first-serve basis but LOUNGE can be reserved for your event by providing some details in the form on this page. The most frequently requested times for LOUNGE reservations are weekends during the summer especially around holidays. Make your reservations as soon as possible.

Use this form to request service for anything broken or requiring attention in your unit.

Non emergency maintenance requests are serviced Monday through Friday during normal business hours. If your request is an emergency and is after hours please contact the security desk at 312.942.0993.

Upon completion you will receive a message that states your request was successfully submitted. Shortly thereafter you will receive an automated response confirming your submission. If you do not receive this automated response within 1 hour please contact the leasing office to confirm we have received your request.

Our pet policy at-a-glance:

  • Dogs are not allowed
  • Up to 2 cats are allowed
  • Other pets are subject to approval


Pet Lease Agreement:

It is mutually agreed this date by and between Lessor River West Management Inc.
and lessee of the premise described as 925 West Huron Street, apartment __
River West Lofts, in the city of Chicago held by said Lessee for the term from __ and ending__ that the said Lessor does herewith give to the said lessee permission to keep a pet, subject to the terms and conditions herein contained and defined.
  1. It is the essence of this agreement that if the said terms and conditions are violated, lessee will be required to remove the pet hereinafter designated from the aforementioned premises.

  2. No pet(s) other than the one(s) here registered may be kept in the apartment. This pet lease is not transferrable to any other pet.

  3. River West Management Inc. allows cats only.

  4. The registered cat(s) are : Breed__ Weight__ Name__ Description__

  5. Lessee assumes full responsibility for any damages caused by the said pet(s) to the demised premises and full liability for any injury to person or persons caused by said pet(s).

  6. Ownership requires air filters be replaced every three (3) months in apartments that house pets.

  7. Cat litter must be bagged and tied for proper disposal.

  8. Pets are not permitted in hallways or common areas unattended.

  9. If you are away for the day, your pet may be kept unattended within the apartment. In the event you are away for consecutive days, pet care arrangements must be made.

  10. Lessee has paid a pet fee of $300.00.  A non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 is required on all acceptable pets.

  11. City of Chicago Ordinances regarding pet ownership is made part of this lease agreement and will be enforced by management.

  12. Management/ownership will deduct the cost of a pet carpet inspection from security deposit at the end of the lease if there are signs of damage/urination.
